GRAND FINAL RESULTS

Congratulations to the Under 11 1st Division and Under 12 1st Division who both won their grand finals on the weekend.  The under 11′s beat Byron 2-0 whilst the under 12′s beat Thistles 3-0, a terrific result for both sides.

Congratulations to our under 12 2nd division and under 15 girls side for making the grand final.  Unfortunately the under 12′s were beaten 1-0 whilst the girls were beaten 3-1.

Mick Pearce will be down at the grounds on Sunday 26th September from 9am – 11am for gear to be returned.  If you can’t make this time, please contact Mick on 0402 805 643 to arrange a suitable time.

We need our gear to be returned ASAP so we can plan for next season and fix any shirts that need new numbers etc.

Grade 13 2nd Division Thank You

Bruce Warburton, coach of the Grade 13 2nd Division side would like to commend his team on great sportsmanship and commitment throughout the year. Well Done.

LHFC are currently running a “Buy-a-Brick” fundraiser that enables players, supporters, sponsors and friends of football to purchase a besser block which will then be used in the construction of the second storey.

To fund the purchase of the necessary 32 pallets of besser blocks at a cost of $9180.00 (3672 blocks in total), individual blocks will be offered for sale for $2.50 each.

The name of each new brick owner will be recorded and then recognized

on a gratitude plaque at the completion of the new clubhouse.

Blocks are available for sale at the canteen or by contacting Mick Pearce

on 6687.6120.

Coaches, Managers and Sponsors Day
