Sign On

Sign on days are Saturday 11th and 18th February from 10am – 2pm at our Skennars Head fields. Please note that fees will be required to be paid at the time of registration and new players will need to show their birth certificate as proof of age. Fees can be paid by cash or cheque only. We have tried to keep fee changes to a minimum. The 2012 fees are as follows:
U6-U7
$75
U8-U9 $85
U10-U11 $100
U12—U16 $135
Women’s (at high school) $210
Women’s $300
Men’s (at high school) $215
Men’s $310
It is important that you register and pay on these two days so that we know how many players we have and we can start allocating players to teams. Unless a player is registered and fees paid no place in a team will be reserved/kept open for them, so to avoid disappointment please register early. If you are unable to make it on either of these days please contact the appropriate registrar below:

A disappointing turn out at the AGM means that there are a number of positions still to be filled for the 2012 Committee.  If these positions are not filled the club cannot function efficiently in 2012.  If you can lend a hand with any of the positions please contact Christine Greiner.  The positions still vacant are:

Treasurer

Grounds Person (line marking) – if no one volunteers to do this we will get the council to mark the fields in the traditional black tar

Equipment officer

Junior Non-competitive registrar – if we don’t get a volunteer(s) then the non-comeptitive teams will be selected out of a hat or by alphabetical order next year.  If you don’t want to do the whole non-competitive teams then it is possible just to do an age group.

The AGM will be held on Monday 7th November at 7pm at our Skennars Head Club House. All positions are declared vacant.

Everyone is welcome to attend and it would be fantastic to see some new faces attend. Even if you aren’t interested in joining the committee, you are most welcome to attend the meeting and have your say.

Feedback Requested

At the club we are always looking at ways we can improve and make things better for our members. We would really like to hear from you. We have set up a short online survey , via survey monkey. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and would provide great feedback for the club. If we could ask that you spend 5 minutes of your time completing the survey that would be fantastic.

All you need to do is logon to the survey by typing the following into your web-browser.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BPVZJSF

The survey is confidential, with all answers being aggregated and no personal information requested.

Thank you for your time.
