This Saturday at 5pm the LHFC men's premier division team take on the Bangalow Bluedogs in what promises to be a great match. It is a crucial game for the team this season and it would be great to get a big home crowd. Come down to the grounds at Skenners Head and show your support - the club will have the canteen, BBQ and bar operating on the night. Come early if you like to catch some of the other divisions. Please organise your team for the date listed.I have tried to give the teams their turn when they are playing on field 1 but this has not always been possible.Most junior competitive teams have only been rostered on once and I haven’t had to use the non-competitive teams.
Saturday mornings are generally very busy so teams will need three people on at a time.All other times will need two people on at a time. The canteen is the major fundraiser for our club so all parents and senior players are required to help out when asked. All workers must be 16 years and over to work in the canteen.Senior players please get partners, husbands, wives, parents to help when it is your team’s duty while you are playing. Please check for your team's name in the relevant age group.
NOW THAT ALL TEAMS ARE IN FULL SWING WITH TRAINING IT IS RESPECTFULLY REQUESTED THAT TRAINING ON FIELD 1, CLOSEST TO CLUBHOUSE, BE FINISHED BY 5.50PM (ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS) SO THAT THE PREMIER DIVISION SQUAD CAN COMMENCE TRAINING ON TIME AT 6PM.
